One Person, One Account

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. The same applies when multiple accounts are detected sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be used once.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• babau888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Bet Acceptance

Submitting a bet does not guarantee it has been accepted. A bet is not considered placed until a system confirmation is received. If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be returned to the account.

Maximum Bet Limits

Each event and market has its own maximum bet limit. For large bets, babau888 may reduce the accepted stake amount. Maximum payout limits are also set individually for each market.

• The maximum bet amount per event is set by babau888 and is subject to change.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time; always verify the odds before confirming your bet.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• babau888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Cash Out

With babau888's Cash Out feature, you can settle your bet before an event ends. The cash out amount depends on the current situation and may be less than your full potential winnings.

To keep babau888 a safe and fair platform, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of event outcomes.
• Running multiple accounts to abuse the bonus system.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or transferring illegal funds through babau888.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account or any form of fraud.
• Using insider information or insider knowledge to gain an unfair advantage in betting.

An account may be closed either by the member or by babau888. The process differs in each case.

Closed by Member

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team via email or live chat. It is your responsibility to withdraw your balance before closing. Any unused bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.

Babau888 may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• Submission of false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a break, the Self-Exclusion option lets you lock your account for anywhere from 7 days to permanently. It's an important tool for responsible gaming.
